My Services

I offer a safe enough space to think about the steps towards change and the change process.

Change can be about oneself, how we see ourselves, others, or the world, and the beliefs and meanings we make.

Change can be about growth, healing, relating to others or oneself differently, or living in a different way.

Therapy for Young People

£80/h

I have worked with children and young people, however I find it more beneficial to work with at least one of the parents present when working with children (see parents).

For young people, I find it easier to work with them when they are the ones asking for therapy rather than coming to therapy because they feel like they have to.

Therapy is about change and I have worked with diverse individuals (identifying as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, Black, LatinX, etc.) to support them with identity difficulties, relationship difficulties, regulation difficulties (numbness, anger, stress, depression, dissociation, etc.).

Here are other difficulties I can explore with you.

For more information on what therapy can be like, see the Frequently Asked Questions.

Dyadic Therapy (Adults and Parents)

£100/h

As human beings, we live within relationships. Relationships can bring understanding and regulation, but can also create tensions. I offer to work with two people at a time for the three of us to look at the dance of patterns happening between us. What is holding the pattern, and how do we change it?

When there are difficulties within a family, or difficulties with children within a family, I like to start working with the parents first, as they have the most capacity for change and reflection.

If needed, children can also be brought into therapy to support the parent-child relationship. Because my approach is based on relationships, I do not work with children only, as I find it much more meaningful within the context of their relationship with their parent.

I have worked with single parents, adoptive parents, foster parents, biological parents, same-sex and heterosexual parents.

Here is a list of some topics I can explore with you.

Clinical Supervision

£80/h

I have experienced amazing and terrible supervision within my own work and training and I am very keen to provide the best supervision experience I can.

I see supervision as a place for reflective practice, ethics, and growth.

I am flexible to the supervisee’s needs, while also staying true to my supervision style.

I like to embed some systemic practice within my supervision along with some embodiment when the opportunity arises.

I integrate relevant scientific literature into supervision to support leaning, clinical understanding, reflective discussion and professional learning.

I also like to share some science article when appropriate.

I keep the client in the heart of the work, while also thinking about what the supervisee brings into the relationship.
